Offered here is a 2013 Silver Bullet / Silver Shield “Standing Freedom” Proof Medallion, containing one troy ounce of silver and presented in its original capsule and display box.

The Standing Freedom design depicts the personification of Freedom standing with flowing hair, spear in hand and the distinctive Trivium shield. The word “FREEDOM” appears prominently above the central design.

This early Silver Bullet / Silver Shield issue was produced as a limited collector release. According to the Silver Shield Collector’s Guide, the 2013 proof issue had a reported mintage of only 500 pieces, making it substantially scarcer than many later Silver Shield releases.

This example is accompanied by its original Silver Bullet/Silver Shield Certificate of Authenticity, individually numbered #0252, as well as its presentation box and protective capsule.
