User Agreement

Effective date: August 13, 2026

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of www.goldandsilverexpress.store (the “Website”) and your purchases from Gold & Silver Express (GoldandSilverExpress LLC), a Florida company operating a retail precious metals store at 2016 US-1 North, Vero Beach, FL 32962 (“Gold & Silver Express,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Website.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

1. Who We Are

Gold & Silver Express is a walk-in coin and bullion shop in Vero Beach, Florida. We sell gold, silver and platinum coins, bars, rounds and related collectibles, and we also buy precious metals and jewelry from the public at our store. The Website is an extension of our physical display case: the items you see online are real, individual pieces sitting in our store.

2. Products and Listings

  • Every listing is the actual item. Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, product photos show the exact piece you will receive, not a stock image. Surface marks, toning, packaging wear and other details visible in the photos are part of the item.
  • Quantities are limited. Most listings are one of a kind. An item remains available for sale in our physical store until an online order for it is completed, and in rare cases an item may sell in the store moments before your online order is placed. If that happens we will cancel the order and refund you in full, promptly.
  • See it in person. You are welcome to visit the store and inspect any piece before you buy it.
  • Listing errors. We work carefully, but a listing may occasionally contain an error in its price, photos or description. We reserve the right to cancel any order arising from a genuine listing error and issue a full refund. That refund is your exclusive remedy for a canceled erroneous listing.

3. Pricing

  • Prices on the Website are posted per piece, in U.S. dollars.
  • Precious metals prices move constantly. We may change a posted price at any time before an order is placed. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you complete your order.
  • If you would like current pricing confirmed before buying, call us at 772-205-0424 and we will confirm price and availability on the phone.
  • The live spot prices displayed on the Website are for general reference only. They come from a third-party feed, may be delayed and are not an offer to buy or sell at those prices.
  • Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout and collected where required by law.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Online payments are made by credit or debit card and are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and never touches our systems.
  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we ship the item or hand it to you at the store. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including suspected fraud, a listing error or unavailability of the item, in which case you receive a full refund.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current billing and shipping information.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time before it ships by calling 772-205-0424 or emailing info@goldandsilverexpress.store. Canceled unshipped orders are refunded in full to the original payment method. We do not charge cancellation fees and we do not charge market loss fees.

6. Shipping

  • Orders normally ship within three business days after payment clears.
  • Every package is shipped fully insured for its purchase price.
  • Packaging is discreet. Nothing on the outside of the package indicates that it contains precious metals.
  • Orders of $500 or more require an adult signature on delivery.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us right away at 772-205-0424 and we will pursue the insurance claim with the carrier on your behalf.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.

7. Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at 2016 US-1 North, Vero Beach, FL 32962 during store hours. We will hold your item and confirm when it is ready. Please bring a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.

8. Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with an item, call us at 772-205-0424 within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.
  • Items must come back in the same condition they were shipped in. Graded coins must be returned in their original holders, unopened and with tamper-evident packaging intact.
  • Return shipping and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend insuring the return for its full value; items lost or damaged on the way back to us are the sender’s responsibility.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving and inspecting the item.
  • Movement in precious metals prices after purchase is not a defect and is not by itself grounds for a return. See Section 10.

9. We Also Buy

We buy coins, bars and jewelry at our Vero Beach store. All purchase offers are made in person after physical inspection of the items. Sellers must present government-issued photo ID, and purchases are handled in accordance with applicable Florida law.

10. Precious Metals Risk; No Investment Advice

Precious metals prices rise and fall, sometimes sharply. Buying coins and bullion involves risk, and past performance is no guarantee of future value. Gold & Silver Express is a retail dealer. We are not investment advisors, we do not provide investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on the Website or said in our store is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Make your own decisions, and consult a licensed professional if you want financial advice.

11. Website Use and Intellectual Property

  • The Website’s content, including our product photography, text and branding, belongs to Gold & Silver Express and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
  • You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use automated tools to scrape it.
  • We may suspend or terminate Website access that violates this Agreement.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in this Agreement, and our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or losses caused by movements in metals prices. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement or a purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indian River County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please call us. We are a local shop and we would rather solve the problem.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The version posted on the Website at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised.
